Important Technical Note: Resolution & Unit Availability
When selecting your DR3710 digital pressure gauge, please note that the available pressure units (bar, MPa, kPa, etc.) and display resolution depend strictly on your chosen pressure range.
Q1: Why does my gauge not display decimals like 0.1, 0.01, or 0.001?
Answer: This limitation occurs because of the gauge’s display digit capacity. Therefore, you should refer to our Resolution Table before ordering. For instance, the DR3730 features a 4-digit display. If you select a 100MPa (1000 bar) range, the screen cannot show 1000.0 because that requires five digits. Consequently, if your application requires high precision at 1000 bar, we strongly recommend choosing the DR3710 (4-1/2 digits) or the DR-S210 (5 digits) to ensure you see the necessary decimal places.
Q2: Why are some units like PSI or kPa not appearing on my gauge?
Answer: This is also a result of the display digit limit. If a specific unit conversion results in a number that exceeds the available digits, the gauge will hide that unit to avoid incorrect readings. For example, on a 4-digit display (DR3730), a 100MPa range equals 100,000 kPa. Since 100,000 is a 6-digit number, the gauge cannot display “kPa” for that specific range. Additionally, always check the Unit Display Table to ensure your preferred unit is compatible with your required pressure range.

Industrial Applications of the 1600 Bar Pressure Gauge
The 1600 bar digital pressure gauge is widely used in various industrial pressure monitoring and testing applications:
Hydraulic system pressure monitoring
High pressure pump testing
Oil and gas pipeline pressure measurement
Industrial equipment maintenance
Laboratory pressure testing
Compressed gas pressure measurement
Water pipeline pressure monitoring
Factory mechanical maintenance
Its robust design and high pressure capability make it suitable for extreme industrial environments requiring reliable pressure measurement.
Installation & Maintenance Tips
To ensure the longevity of your DR3710 Hydraulic Pressure Gauge, always verify that the process connection matches your pipeline threads (NPT, G, or M20). We recommend using PTFE tape or specialized sealants for a leak-proof fit. Periodic zero-clearing on this digital pressure gauge ensures the highest accuracy class of ±1% FS is maintained over long-term use.
Note: For applications exceeding 1000 bar, please consult our technical team for high-pressure safety protocols.
