What is the difference between diffused silicon sensor and ceramic sensor?
Diffused silicon and ceramic are the main material of industrial compact pressure sensor, but their characteristics are different. First, diffused silicon sensors have high accuracy and small linearity, and ceramic sensors have excellent corrosion resistance, so any fluid can be directly measured. Second, because ceramic sensor is made of ceramic material, so it is relatively cheaper than diffused silicon sensor. Third, compare to diffused silicon sensors have large range, ceramic sensor is generally suitable for medium range.
Can the pressure sensor be repaired?
