It built in high-reliability pressure sensor and special circuit for transmitter. constructed from 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel with sealed electronics, the level transmitter has excellent performance to meet the requirements of general applications and harsh conditions. its accuracy and reliability make it well suited to long-term use in hydrological monitoring, liquid level measurement.

What’s the submersible level transmitter?

Submersible level transmitter built in the diffused silicon or ceramic sensors, which have piezoresistive effect, and convert to static pressure to relative electric signal, after temperature compensation and linear correction, generated 4-20mADC standard current signal. Due to the characteristics of convenient and simple installation and adaptability, this transmitter can perform high-precision measurement from water, oil with high viscosity, and is not affected by foaming and deposition of the measured medium. In order to adapt to a variety of media and applications,the submersible level transmitter has a rod type and a cable type to choose.

Is that all need is a level transmitter does?

No. The transmitter takes information from the sensor and transmits it or communicates with the device that  needs the information, such as a controller , a PLC or even a cloud based data collection program. What important is that the transmitter do it quickly, accurately and reliably.

What cause Inaccurate level measurement result?

Under normal working conditions, the factors affecting the accuracy are mainly the following three aspects, first, irrelevant external noise, second, the temperature, density, consistency of the medium, third, boiling, foam or suspended matter, which cause the liquid level to be uneven.
