DR3513 Differential Pressure Switch

DR3513 Differential Pressure Switch
The differential pressure switch is designed for boiler steam, it has a SPDT switch to control the power supply ON/OFF by detecting the change of pressure. When the system pressure exceeds the set value, the microswitch acts and the blocking circuit plays a protective functions on the system. so It plays an important role in the boiler water tower pressure regulation system. The temperature range up to 180 ℃, and the contact load 120Vac/10A, 240Vac/5A, It can meet the needs of most scenarios. And service time up to 100000 times make it suit for long-term working.
Applications
- It is suitable for pressure control, pressure limit and alarm of non corrosive liquid, gas and steam.
Features
- Medium temperature can reach 180 ℃;
- Built in SPDT Switch, stable and reliable;
- 120VAC 10A/240VAC 5A contact loads;
- 100000 times long service life;

FAQ
What is the principle of differential pressure switch?
Generally, it includes two diaphragm chambers, and each chamber contains two sealing diaphragms and a differential pressure diaphragm seal. The high pressure and low pressure enter the high pressure chamber and low pressure chamber respectively, and the differential pressure deforms the pressure-sensitive diaphragm, then through the mechanical structure such as the railing spring, the micro switch is finally activated to output the electrical signal.
What is a differential pressure switch used for?
These switches are used to sense pressure differences between two points in a system, and actuate power ON and OFF if a pre-defined difference is met.
What is differential pressure switch for HVAC?
HVAC systems use these switches to measure flow rates and pressures in lines and rooms. The switch help a system to efficiently and economically operate heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. so, it is the core of controlling an HVAC system.
